At Marcato SpA, we take pride in the quality of our Italian-made kitchenware and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Marcato SpA account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused item in its original box with all manuals and accessories included to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned product, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
